Creatine: week 1

After about a week of daily creatine dosage ( half a tea spoon everyday taken with juice ) I can’t say I noticed any bloating or other side effects. I’m taking it half an hour before workout and the hard exercises are definitely easier. You do feel that you have more energy so you can easily push yourself to do that one more repeat.
So far no downside for taking creatine but it’s early stages. I’ll keep you posted in week to come, I’ve got 5 more to go in a creatine standard, 6 week trial.
